Now, making his debut on Xzooberant, rising star BACATME has taken over the wheel for this epic remix. On the back of his latest release ‘Shake It Girl’ on Solotoko BACATME has continued his signature style of rumbling bass sounds and heavy synths but has fused it with a UK Garage flavour, a sound that influenced the artist growing up.
STEPEP releases his first debut single ‘Love The Way’, on Xzooberant Records. The track features a strong RnB vibe with a House twist and was originally created as part of a social media trend known as ‘Jamuary’ - STEPEP developed and perfected the idea even further which caught the attention of Xzooberant head honcho, Curtis Jay.
The seed was set when Curtis Jay and Steve from MiddleGround were introduced at a 2018 Toolroom event in Maidstone by Pete Griffiths & Ben Remember (Toolroom Academy), Curtis and Steve had both completed the Academy Production course and decided to join forces to create the unique sounds of 'One Day'.
